إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

Indeed, We We have sent down the Reminder, and indeed, We of it (are) surely Guardians.
